What we do
You will find different areas of interest including Research, Teaching, consulting, Leadership, Life coaching and Publications. These different activities bring together the RIAT excellence (Research (Discovery), Integration, Application and Teaching). In teaching, we have mini-cases and they are less than 5 pages. However, we have adapted most cases to one or two pages so that they can be used in teaching an hour lesson. This is to accommodate various teaching situations. All cases have an Instructional manual, they can be released on request when you complete the contact form.
Research
Our primary research focuses on the scholarship of teaching and learning, exploring innovative methods to improve educational outcomes. In addition to our work in education, we are passionate about fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion. We also delve into business and enterprise research, addressing the challenges and opportunities in these fields.
Teaching
Business and Management is a very interesting area and this is a living subject. We teach Business and Management at all levels and specialise in business case teaching and writing.
Consulting
We offer expert consultancy services in business and management, leadership, research in business and education, as well as teaching and learning. Additionally, we provide private tuition tailored to meet your specific needs in these areas.
Leadership
We have held various positions in teaching and learning and are available to offer advice on teaching practices and leadership.
Life Coaching
At Amcareerdev, we are dedicated to empowering the next generation. Through our mentorship and career coaching services, we help young individuals achieve their full potential. We offer expert guidance on selecting the right schools, transitioning to new academic levels, exploring study-abroad opportunities, and securing scholarships. Our mission is to support students at every step of their educational journey, ensuring they have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed in their academic and career goals.
Publications
Our ongoing research focuses on key areas such as teaching and learning, diversity, equity and inclusion, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Currently, we are conducting research on neurodiversity, with findings set to be published soon. Stay tuned for updates!
