Performance Management

Performance management is the process of setting goals, evaluating progress, and providing feedback to ensure employees and organizations achieve their objectives. Reviews are typically conducted quarterly, biannually, or annually by line managers.

However, challenges often arise when managers do not fully understand the process or employees are unclear about their contributions. Successful performance management requires collaboration and effort from both managers and employees.
