Case study: Pret -A fast-food business fighting to survive covid-19-

This case study focuses on the PESTEL and SWOT analysis frameworks within the context of business and management. The Pret A Manger case study is suitable for teaching Master’s, Pre-Master’s, and undergraduate students at any level throughout their academic journey. It can be incorporated into courses on introductory business, strategy, and marketing.

Case study-Peak Nutrition Inc

Peak Nutrition Inc. (PNI) is a medium-sized company that specializes in producing premium sports recovery drinks. They rely on traditional distribution methods, which have resulted in several challenges for the business. To improve their efficiency, it is vital for them to apply operations performance objectives, particularly within operations and supply chain management. Case Study- Cleaver’s Sausage House

Cleaver’s Sausage House is a maker of sausages with farms and many suppliers. They want to implement a new system Materials Resource Planning (MRP). A.S. Watson Group was established in 1828 as a small dispensary in Guangdong Province, southern China. It rapidly expanded through a series of mergers and acquisitions. Case study-Anglo American PLC

Anglo-American Plc is a mining company that was founded in South Africa in 1917. It has since expanded its operations throughout Europe and around the world. The company grew by merging various mining interests in South West Africa. This case study can be utilized for teaching Change Management, with a focus on organizational structure. Case Study: Family Business Conflict-Estee Lauder 

Estee Lauder is a family business and an American multinational cosmetics company. It was founded in 1946 when Estee Lauder and her husband began producing cosmetics in New York City. When the founders of a family business are gone, succession issues come into play. This is the case with Estee Lauder. This is a good class case study for family business topic.
